1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the eeej website, mobile platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the eeej Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with eeej ("we," "us," or "eeej") and accept these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and eeej. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

eeej reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification where reasonably practicable.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the eeej Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and online wagering activities.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing the eeej Platform is permitted under applicable local law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by eeej, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

eeej strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age. We employ identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures to enforce this requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) eeej account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eeej login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or any one-time passwords with any other person. eeej will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the eeej Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). eeej accepts the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always available in your eeej account dashboard.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the eeej Platform:

• Deposits: You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. eeej does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited must originate from a lawful source.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, eeej may require you to complete KYC verification including submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

• Currency: All balances on eeej are held in PHP. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of credit.

eeej reserves the right to reverse deposits, withhold withdrawals, or close accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

eeej may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all eeej promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or device unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• eeej reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus mechanics — including but not limited to the use of arbitrage strategies, bonus hunting, or the creation of multiple accounts — constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or withdrawn within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the eeej Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting, sabong, callbreak, and arcade — are governed by the individual game rules published within the Platform. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before wagering.

eeej uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for digital games and streams live dealer games from licensed game providers. All game outcomes are determined independently of eeej and cannot be influenced by any player or third party.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or communication failure during gameplay, eeej reserves the right to void any affected bets or rounds and refund the stake to the player's account balance. eeej shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the original stake.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play on the eeej Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eeej Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the eeej Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity (including money laundering).
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in any game or platform feature rather than reporting them to eeej support.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing eeej staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the eeej Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the eeej Platform — including but not limited to the eeej brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of eeej or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the eeej Platform without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of eeej's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data

eeej collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

eeej implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no system is entirely immune to security risks, and you acknowledge this inherent limitation when using any online platform.

eeej may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering regulations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eeej shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss.

eeej does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any particular game outcome will meet your expectations. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall eeej's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eeej account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

eeej reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Receipt of a directive from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Technical, security, or compliance reasons at eeej's discretion.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where no breach of Terms has occurred), any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable processing fees. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, eeej reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.

You may request voluntary closure of your eeej account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

eeej operates within applicable PAGCOR regulatory frameworks. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14 Amendments to These Terms

eeej reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, eeej will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the eeej Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
